Works well in recipes - Vegantein Complete has a neutral taste and good solubility, making it great to blend into smoothies or add to rice, oatmeal or other grains, or any vegetable dishes. Try adding it to soups or stews or sprinkling it on pasta dishes as a Parmesan cheese substitute to boost their protein content.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: Two heaping tablespoons (about 18 g) daily. Mix with 6-8 ounces of water, milk, juice or any other beverage of choice. For best results, drink immediately. Can also be added to food for a protein boost.
