Directions Of Use: Shake well before use. Use product within 60 days of opening. For nervousness take recommended serving 3 times a day and to promote a restful sleep take 30 minutes before bedtime.Children 8-12 years: take 2 tsp (10 ml)Children 4-7 years: take 1 tsp (5 ml)Children 1-3 years: take ½ tsp (2.5 ml)
