Directions: Served hot: Add 1 heaping scoop of SY's Brain Chai Latte to 8 oz of hot or luke warm water and stir(or preferred method is to blend in blender if you'd like it frothy & latte'ish). Served cold (like a frappe): Add 1 heaping scoop of SY's Brain Chai Latte to 4 to 8 oz of unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk, 1/2 cup of ice (or as you like) & blend together in a blender. If you'd like it creamier, add 1 scoop of Simply Young's Pure Body (lean) Protein Powder.
