Suggested Use

Initial use directions: as a dietary supplement; consume two capsules per day for a minimum of seven days to assess tolerance. Take one in the morning; and one five-six hours later.Regular use directions: as a dietary supplement; take four capsules daily: two in the morning; and two capsules five-six hours later; preferably; with a meal and/or as directed by your healthcare professional.
