Recommended Use: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 4 capsules every day. On training days, take 4 capsules 30-60 minutes before exercise. On non-training days, take 4 capsules in the morning. For best results use HEMOXY every day and combine with resistance exercise 3-5 days per week.
