Recommended Use: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon. On training days, take one of your servings 30-60 minutes before exercise. For best results use ENCHARGE every day and combine with resistance exercise 3-5 days per week.
