Recommended Use: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 1 scoop mixed with 8-10 fl oz of water 60 minutes before exercise. For best results take an additional 1-2 scoops in the day and combine with exercise 3-5 days per week. COMPLX5 can be consumed in your water bottle during training or competition. On non-training days take 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop in the afternoon.
