Suggested Use

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement for adults; take one (1) tablet in the morning and one (1) tablet in the afternoon for the first week. If after the first week the desired benefits are not achieved; then you may require a higher level of supplementation. Gradually increase the number of tablets up to eight (8) tablets in divided doses of two tablets (400 mg) throughout the day until benefits are achieved. Do not exceed eight (8) tablets daily.
