SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, to assess tolerance, begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach 20 minutes before breakfast for the first 3 days, and then an additional 1 capsule 6 hours later starting on day 4. After 7 days, starting on day 8, an additional capsule may be added to the first dose.
