Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause adverse health effects. Immediately discontinue use and call a licensed qualified health care professional if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or any other adverse effects. This product contains 250 mg of caffeine, the equivalent to approximately three cups of coffee and may not be suitable for individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine.
