SUGGESTED USE For best results consume two packets of CHoLOX complete daily – one packet with each of your day’s two principal meals. There is never a need nor any additional benefit from consuming more than three packets daily. CHoLOX is always most effective when taken with meals – ideally 30 minutes before or no more than 60 minutes after eating. CHoLOX works best when combined with a nutritious, high fiber diet that is low in cholesterol, saturated and trans (hydrogenated) fats.
