Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to four (4) capsules daily; preferably one (1) to two (2) each morning and evening with food. Maximum recommended serving of four (4) capsules daily (1,000 mg). Do not exceed 1,200 mg green tea in combination with other green tea-contains supplements.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place.

Pharmanex standard: Tegreen 97 is an exclusive preparation of green tea leaf extract standardized to 97% polyphenols - two thirds of which are catechins (equal to or greater than 95 mg EGCg per capsule). Each capsule is equivalent to the polyphenol content of approximately seven cups of green tea without the caffeine. In the body, the antioxidants in Tegreen 97 have been shown to help support the antioxidant defense system in the presence of pollution, stress, and toxins. At this basic level, daily supplementation with Tegreen 97 may be considered a first line of dietary defense for health protection.
