Important: Drink eight 12 fl oz glasses of water each day during your cleanse.

Directions for use: In the morning, 30 minutes before or two hours after your first meal of the day, take two Release capsules (from the blister pack). Also mix one rounded scoop (11.4 g) of Advanced Fiber Powder in an 8 fl oz glass of cold water, stir or shake briskly and drink immediately. At bedtime, consume the contents of one clear packet containing two HepatoCleanse capsules and two Release capsules. Repeat this cycle for seven consecutive days, taking the fiber powder and capsules at the same time each day.
