Recommended Use: Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon. Due to the potency of this product do not take more than 3 capsules per serving. NEVER TAKE MORE THAN SIX CAPSULES IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. Do not take with food. Consume at least 30 minutes before a meal. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Use product for 60 days and follow with a 15 day break.
