1 serving Mixed with 8-16 oz. Favorite Beverage 2x daily Best if taken empty stomach Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 5 grams twice daily. Take 30-45 minutes before and after exercise or physical activity. Additional doses may be taken during the activity if the duration of exercise is prolonged (several hours).
