Suggested Use

Recommendation: As a dietary supplement; take product for ten days as directed below; stop use for five days; then take product for ten more days. Repeat process; if necessary. Do not use this product more than 2 to 3 times a year. Drink at least 8 oz of fluid with product. Cleansing Regimen: Take two capsules at bedtime for first three days. For next seven days take two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening. Do not take product for five days; then start taking two capsules in the morning and two capsules at night for ten days. Children under the age of 12 years old use 1/4 to 1/2 the adult dosage.
