Recommendation: As a dietary supplement; start with 1 full dropper (approx. 1/4 teaspoon) mixed in a small amount of water or juice; two times each day; morning and bedtime. After approximately 2 weeks; depending on weight and need; take up to 2 full droppers (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) each time for up to four weeks then discontinue. If desired; repeat process again in three months. Shake well before use.
