Suggested use (daily): Adults and children ages 12 to 99+ take 1 teaspoon (5 mL).Children ages 4 to 12 years take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL).Children ages 1 to 4 years take 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (1.25 to 2.5 mL).For infants under 1 year; consult your pediatrician.
