Suggested Use

Use no longer then 8-weeks continuously followed by a 4-week break. Use only as directed. Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement; take 1-2 serving on an empty stomach 30-minutes before physical activity using approximately 3-4oz of water per serving. To assess tolerance start with 1 serving for the first two days of use; gradually increasing dosage thereafter until the desired effect is achieved. Do not exceed more then 2 serving in a 6-hour period and/or 4 servings in a 24-hour period.
