SUGGESTIONS: • Start out with 1 tablet in the evening on an empty stomach • Increase by one tablet each evening until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day • Maintain that dosage until loose stool develops • When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet • Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops • Decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own-Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day
