Drink additional water (8 fl. oz.) after ingesting PGX(R). Use consistently before meals or with healthy snacks to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings.* Serving Option: PGX(R) granules may be added to food such as yogurt, fruit salad, oatmeal or soup.
