Suggested Use

SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 or 2 capsules with 8oz. of water or as directed by your health care practitioner. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day. This product is formulated to be taken on an occasional basis to help cleanse the colon and promote regularity. Do not use for more than seven days in a row or exceed the recommended dose unless otherwise indicated by your health care practitioner.
