Directions: For best results; combine Clear Muscle(TM) SX-7(TM) and Peak SX-7(TM) according to the chart below.On workout days:Take 1 serving (2 capsules) of Peak SX-7(TM) and 1 serving (2 capsules) of Clear Muscle(TM) SX-7(TM) 30 to 45 minutes before your workout.Take an additional 2 servings of Clear Muscle(TM) SX-7(TM) spread throughout the day.On non-workout days:Take 1 serving of Clear Muscle(TM) SX-7(TM) and 1 serving of Peak SX-7(TM) in the morning on an empty stomach. Take 1 serving of Clear Muscle(TM) SX-7(TM) in the mid-afternoon and 1 serving of Clear Muscle(TM) SX-7(TM) in the evening.
