Directions: As a dietary supplement; mix 1 rounded scoop of MPR Pump with 10-14oz. of water or favorite non-caffeinated beverage 30-45 minutes before workout. Consume an additional 12-16 oz. of water throughout your workout for expanded pump and intensity. If you are a first time user or an individual sensitive to stimulants; mix 1/2 scoop in 6-8oz. of water or favorite non-caffeinated beverage 30-45 minutes before workout. To avoid sleeplessness; do not use within 4-6 hours of bedtime. Use responsibly; do not consume more than 1 serving daily.
