Everyone wants to build a great physique they are proud of, as well as admired by others. Problem is, even though you put in the time and effort with strenuous workouts and strict dieting, without proper recovery you will never see the gains you work so hard for. It's common to use L-Glutamine to assist in recovery from working out, but science has proven that the body is predisposed to use regular L-Glutamine for intestinal health and not for muscle tissue repair. Regular glutamine also degrades in liquids and is unstable at higher temperatures.
