Suggested Use

Directions: Children 3 to 5 years - Consult your physician for specific dosage; not to exceed one tablet daily. Children 6 to 12 years - Chew two tablets just prior to or at bedtime as a dietary supplement. Children 12 years and older - Chew three tablets just prior to or at bedtime as a dietary supplement.
