Suggested Use: 1 capsule per day with a meal. If child or adult is not able to swallow a MegaFlora capsule; sprinkle and stir the contents of capsule into a cold beverage or food such as water; applesauce or yogurt. Do not add contents of capsule in acidic or hot beverages.
