Topical Use: Mix 1 capsule in 6 ounces of pure water. Massage into affected area until dry.oral Use: Use above solution as mouth wash or coat wet toothbrush with powder. Brush teeth; gums and tongue. Directions: Take 1 capsule daily; or as directed by a health care professional. For optimum results; take 2 capsules daily. Best if taken with Candida Digest(TM). May be taken with or without food.
