Directions for Use: In the morning, one-half hour before or two hours after your first meal of the day, take two Release tablets (from the blister pack). Also mix one rounded scoop (12.2 g) of Advanced Fiber Powder in an eight-fluid ounce glass of cold water, stir or shake briskly and drink immediately. At bedtime, consume the contents of one clear packet containing two HepatoCleanse capsules and two Release tablets.

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because rhubarb, buckthorn and Cascara sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
