Important: Drink eight 12-fluid ounce glasses of water each day during your cleanse. It is recommended that you cleanse and detoxify at least twice a year. Directions for Use: In the morning; one-half hour before or two hours after your first meal of the day; take two Release tablets (from the blister pack). Also mix one rounded scoop (12.2 g) of Advanced Fiber Powder in an eight-fluid ounce glass of cold water; stir or shake briskly and drink immediately. At bedtime; consume the contents of one clear packet containing two HepatoCleanse capsules and two Release tablets.
