Baby DHA+D3 can be easily added to baby formula or food.Suggested Use For Infants:Body weight Dose5-10 lb 1.0 mL11-20 lb 2.0 mL21-25 lb 3.0 mL26-30 lb 4.0 mL31-35 lb 5.0 mLUse daily according to body weight; or as directed by your pediatrician. Can be administered directly or mixed with food or liquids.Shake well before using. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
