Suggested use for infants:Body Weight 5-10 lb 11-20 lb 21-25 lb 26-30 lb 31-35 lbDose 1.0 mL 2.0 mL 3.0 mL 4.0 mL 5.0 mL Use 1-5 ml once daily according to body weight; or as directed by your pediatrician. Can be administered directly or mixed with food or liquids. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
