THEY MAY BE SWALLOWED WITH FOOD SUCH AS APPLESAUCE; MASHED POTATOES OR PEANUT BUTTER FOLLOWED BY SOME WATER. SUGGESTED USE: Swallow one tablet one hour before bedtime.
