Suggested Use: Adults take 5 capsules in the morning (with a glass of water). If you are prone to reflux or heartburn; take it with a meal.Take at least 8 hours before sleeping. Important: Drink a minimum of 8.5 cups (2 Liters) or water per day. (Failure to do so can can cause dehydration)To assess tolerance; take 2 capsules in the morning for 5 days. Then increase to 5 capsules (experienced users can take 5 capsules in the morning from the first time).
