Adults over 150 pounds, take two servings (2 capsules) 30 minutes prior to your first meal of the day. Do not take within 4 hours prior to sleep. Do not exceed more than 2 capsules per day. LIPO-DREX can be used on its own or with other iSatori supplements that do not contain caffeine or other stimulants.
