Directions for use: Take one tablet of TrimThin(TM) SR with 8oz of water first thing in the morning and take one tablet with 8oz of water 6 hours later. Take each dose at least 30 minutes before eating. Do not exceed two tablets in a 24 hour period. This product is intended to be used along with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep.Missed dose: If you miss a dose; take the next as recommended. Do not double the next dose.
