Directions for UseChildren aged 3 to 8 years should take 2-4 capsules dailyAdults and children aged 8 years and over should take 4-6 capsules dailyIt is not advisable to exceed the above dose unless advised by a healthcare practitioner. Take Vegepa Orange Bursts with food for optimum absorption. The capsule shell may be swallowed or chewed and discarded. For young children; the capsules may be pierced and the paste mixed into yoghurt or similar.
