Suggested usage: Adults, take two capsules once a day or as directed by a healthcare provider. Take 30 to 90 minutes before a meal, with water. If the pre-meal dose is missed, IBgard can be taken with or after a meal. Do not exceed 6 capsules a day.

The IBgard difference IBgard provides daily and proactive gut health and support. IBgard contains microspheres with a unique triple-layer coating designed to: Promote sustained release through SST technology until it reaches the site of the disturbance: the small intestine. Minimize the potential of early release of peppermint oil in the stomach: the source of heartburn in standard peppermint oil supplements. Support flexibility in usage before, during or after meals.
