Suggested usageAdults; take two capsules; 1-3 times daily; as needed or as directed by a healthcare provider. Take 30 to 90 minutes before a meal; with water. If the pre-meal dose is missed; IBgard can be taken with or after a meal. Do not exceed 8 capsules a day.
