Directions of Usage: To assess your tolerance; begin by taking one (1) capsule on an empty stomach upon waking and one (1) capsule 5-8 hours later. Progress to two (2) capsules on an empty stomach upon waking and two (2) capsules 5-8 hours later. Standard dosing is two (2) servings per day. Do not consume more than three (3) servings per day.
