Suggested Use

DIRECTIONS: Gently shake the canister prior to each use as contents may settle. To best control hunger; use Prolessa(R) Duo powder once daily by adding to your morning or afternoon Formula 1 shake; whenever snacking or overeating may be a challenge. For best results; make your Formula 1 shake as usual; and then add one scoop of Prolessa(R) Duo powder. Mix for an additional 5-10 seconds. Not suitable for acidic or hot drinks. Use as directed.
