LIQUID HERBAL EXTRACT

General Statements: All Other Content

We prepare our Rhubarb Extract from the rhizome & root of Rheum palmatum plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. To assure optimal extraction of Rhubarb's bioactive compounds, the rootstock is harvested in late autumn or early spring, is deprived of its crown, rootlets & outer bark, is carefully slow-dried, and is then thoroughly extracted.
