We prepare our Maca Extract from the dried roots of Lepidium meyenii plants which are Certified Organically Grown at an altitude of 12,000 to 15,000 feet in the central highlands of Peru. To assure optimal quality and efficacy, the roots are hand-harvested at their peak of potency, are sun dried, and are then thoroughly extracted.
