Suggested Use

Serving Suggestions: Start with 3 capsules per day. Increase gradually to suggested usage of 8 to preferably 12 (or more) per day; either all at once or divided. 8 caps/day = approx. 50 day supply. Take with fresh juice or purified water. Add 1-2 tablespoons of freshly ground flax and/or chia seeds for extra nutrition. Intensive Use: 18-36 or more capsules per day.
