Can be used most effectively when taken in conjunction with Intestinal Movement Formula; Vitamineral Green; Liver Rescue and SCRAM.Suggested use: Start with one teaspoon and work up to one level tablespoon per day; or as directed by a qualified health care professional. Drink with 8-16 ounces of water (preferably purified) or juice (ideally fresh). Take on empty stomach approximately 45 minutes before or 2 hours after meals/nutritional products.
