Suggested Usage: Start with one or two VeganCaps(TM) per day and increase by approximately two per day until you reach your desired results (usually 2-3 significant bowel movements per day; which may require 15 or more caps depending on your system). Daily usage can be split up into 2 servings (morning and evening - preferred); taken all at once; or as directed by a qualified health care professional.
