Suggested Use

Suggested Usage: 2VCaps(R) (or more) per meal or snack; depending on amount of cooked food and difficulty of digestion. Take; ideally; with the first bites of a meal/snack. If you eat animal flesh/dairy/eggs; use 5 or more. Cooked of unsoaked nuts/seeds may also require 5 or more. Tofu; tempeh; grains; potatoes require 2-4. Cooked veggies and fruits require 1-2. The more cooked food you eat; the more Digestion Enhancement Enzymes(TM) you need to replace the enzymes lost in cooking/processing. Extra enzymes will not be wasted and are very beneficial. Intensive Usage: 10-15VCaps(R) with each meal/snack and also 5 times throughout the day on a relatively empty stomach.
