Suggested Use: Start with one or two VeganCaps(TM) per day and increase by approximately two per day until you reach your desired results (usually 2-3 significant bowel movements per day; which may require 15 or more caps; depending on your system). Daily use can be split into two servings (morning and evening preferred); taken all at once; or as directed by a qualified health care professional.
