Suggested Use

To further support intestinal health; we encourage you to include fresh; raw juices and purified structured water in your diet. Suggested Use: Start with 3 capsules (a partial serving) and work up to 10 capsules per day. Drink 8-16 ounces of water (preferably purified) or juice with every serving. Lots of fluids are important due to the drawing nature of this formula. If more powerful bowel moving action is required; or you have a sluggish bowel; use with HealthForce Intestinal Movement Formula. Important Note: Do not take Intestinal Drawing Formula at the same time as other foods or supplements. Doing so will result in them being drawn into the formula; thereby lessening the product’s effects; as well as the effects of anything else you may be eating or taking. Take Intestinal Drawing Formula approximately 45 minutes before or 1-1/2 hours after meals or other nutritional products. Warning: This is a powerful product and may cause strong detoxification. We recommend starting on day one with one teaspoon and working your way up over a few days to the recommended amounts.
