Suggested Use: Adults: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12 oz. of water and drink immediately. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.Children (6-12 years): Half the adult dosage.Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternatively with our top selling Colon Cleanse. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically; followed by Colon Cleanse for maintenance in between.
